I contacted Kate Spade customer service to inquire about repair. They advised me to take bag to shoe repair shop to have it either sewn or glued (it appears to have been originally secured by glue). I am not handy craft-wise but if you are this minor flaw can be easily remedied. Smoke-free clean home 🚭🏡
