Vintage Sterling Silver Mother of Pearl & Marcasite Brooch Pin

This is a vintage Art Deco Sterling Silver brooch pin with a luminescent mother of pearl center stone surrounded by a frame of Marcasites. Brooch measures 1.5” long. It has a unique buckle appearance and we envision it in many ways including as an impromptu necklace when worn around the neck fastened to a black velvet ribbon. It is in very nice vintage condition, no missing stones, no issues to note. Stamped 925 on reverse side & jeweler tests positive for sterling silver. This brooch has a lovely natural patina of aging sterling.
