Maniere De Voir black top UK 8 or US 4

Brand new Maniere De Voir black top in a size UK 8 or US 4. It molds to your body and has a very high neckline. There is some stretch, but it is fairly structured. I posted the measurements. I feel that it would fit someone who's a size US 2 also. Also, the length hits me about an inch below my ribs.
