It's fully lined. The orange lining is 😍. Men' s size 40, which is a medium. The measurements are listed below. I'm a woman size 10 or Large, and I modeled it because I couldn't help myself. I think it works great for either sex. Very good vintage condition. No issues at all with the lining. Signs of wear include a scrape and some black marks on the right arm and some area of wear around the collar. I have done my best to document these in the photos.
