How big are the figures?

@susiepoosie1 Joseph the shephard and 2 of the wise men are 7 1/2". Mary and the sitting wise man 4 1/2". Jesus Christ is 3" long. Cow is 3" long. The donkey is 2 1/2". The lamb is 1 1/4" long. The set is glazed white porcelain with gold trim.
