only reason I asked because I want to purchase a pair for someone else if you're not going g to accept the offer to free up the funds. only have enough to purchase at a $100 plus shipping and processing

You could've stated that the shoes have been worn. just received today...shoes have scratches, black marks around the inner and outer sole and heal. creases on the toe and scratches around front of the shoe. you should send a refund of $35 for the inconvenience of false advertisement

@kngmajors, my apologies if they did not meet your expectations. these were not purchased by me, nor were they listed as new with tags. they were given to me by a client as partial payment for my services.
everything that is in my store is listed accordingly. if it is new, it is listed as "NWT." These were not listed as such.
