I am not sure what brand this is. It still has remnants of a price tag. It is NWOT. Perfect Condition. Never Worn. Super sparkly. On Trend. It was purchased at a boutique, There are no tags on garment. It is definitely a Size XS-S. Ties at the neck and the back. Super soft lining. This would look gorgeous under a blazer even. Enjoy!
