The center dots are a coppery blush color. It is fully lined. It does not have the size and care tag. Based on the measurements, I believe it to be a Small. Please, double check the measurements. I compared them to a LOFT dress that I know is a small. There are no snags pulls or stains. It is in a non-smoking home.
