This is a very rare collectors piece top / velvet with dramatic architectural and cherry blossom motif / a runway piece. In excellent condition . Chrome button has imprinted PR symbol on front. Absolutely amazing .
Wear over palazzo pants or maxi skirt. Super soft and very packable.
