Hi :) Is the lining a soft cotton-type fabric? Also would you mind giving the measurement across the back -- mid shoulder seam to mid shoulder seam? Thanks much

@lysiajoy Hi🙂 the inside fabric is a soft cotton/polyester mix. And measurements for the back are 15.5”. I would say it runs a bit small, more like a size 4US than a 6.
