To my knowledge, this bag has not been painted or polished. No noticeable damage or wear. There is some normal surface scratching which may become less noticeable with a good cleaning and moisturizer. No deep scratches or nicks. I did notice what looks like a water/drip stain (last pic). This bag comes from a smoke free, dog friendly home.
