One of the best pairs of athletic sneakers I’ve ever had. Good flexibility between lifting or running, soles are not too stiff or too flat. However, I have low ankles and the back heel rubbed a bit (as shown by wear in pic). I didn’t wear these outside much, almost exclusively in a gym. Still have life left
