metroburbia @stacy_smallwood Flat waist is 18”. The fabric has some give, but it’s not what you’d call stretchy. Hope that helps :-)

metroburbia @ladymlawrence the label says “made from deadstock, upcycled, recycled fabric” Made in USA. My guess is a viscose/poly blend.
