MORT-ETTE circa 1950's Black Classic Pleated Perfection...it's a beauty!! - metal zipper center back - tailored fit with darts at waist and bust - midi length - sleeveless - unique pleating all around skirt; pleats are spaced 2 x 2...look at the photos to see detail - vintage - handmade - I would say the fabric is between a black wool crepe and a garbadine - self-tying belt that is not attached.
