Hello, would you have to take the bag to a tailor in order to get the pad readjusted at the bottom?

@anyiac Hi Dear, Thank you for looking at it. I wouldn't have the time do that but I accept offers if you want to reach out to a local cooler and see if they can adjust it. Honestly it feels like a think plastic bottom base that just got bended from storage it 100% does not effect the integrity of the bag. Stands on it own flat on surface 🌟🙌
