Unsure of year Was given to me Off white paper towel holder with a thin metal filigree curved side. The rod is metal and the base is wood. Some discoloration and a missing screw (doesn't effect it working at all and isnt noticable) I cleaned this with lysol but discoloration remains. Was used in a smokers house.
