ELLOS size 14/16 royal blue puff sleeve dress sleeves are half sleeve with button closure button keyhole in front. Extra button still attached looks new. I love this dress. The blue is vibrant but the pattern kinda fades to different color blues. Pleating around the chest the top of the skirt and then the ruffle at bottom. The pictures don’t do it justice but it’s like s dark cottage core kind of thing to me. Very nice. Very full skirt.
