Lovely lined cotton skirt from the GAP, circa 2004. Bias cut panels of cotten. Zigzag stitching. Elastic waistband. Stretchy panel for ease of fit. From GAP's Maternity line, but comfort waist band does not obviously appear as 'maternity' as many do, so can easily be worn by anyone.
