Hello and thanks for your interest and your question☺️ it is fully lined but it is a heavy durable fabric. you could wear a top under it and probably heavy durable stockings or tights with maybe boots and wear it that way depends on what style you're going for I'm going to add more photos to the listing for you ☺️👍
