Not sure how to clean it, but it seems like they are surface spots. it had quite a bit of dust on it from the storage unit. I was able to dust with a microfiber and clean it up that way. The chin strap is dry rotted, and cracked. I don’t think that would be functional anymore without replacement or repair. Please examine pictures closely and ask any questions you would like.
