New, unused patent wallet/clutch (man-made leather).
Since @twylight1967 has accused me in the comments as misrepresenting this item as new, I have uploaded more photos to show that this item is not damaged. Reflective surfaces are notoriously difficult to photograph. I purchased this item new from Kohl's and it has never been used.

Nothing is peeling and yes, it is NWOT. If you're referring to the left side in the second picture, it's a light reflection. Thanks for sharing your opinion, though. You could just ...not bid on it.
