@cbcloset82 - I generally wear 24 jeans, xsmall dresses, xs-s tops, small jackets since I like a little extra room to layer. I’m 5’3 and 110lbs. 32D chest. This piece is also adjustable if you are in between sizes. And you can be much taller since the straps are adjustable too. Hope this helps.
