WET SEAL DRESS PANTS These are DRESS pants from Wet Seal. They are in pretty good condition for their age. There are a couple of pulls in the fabric (see photo) near the front left hand pocket. They are also hemmed (because I'm short), but the original hem is still intact, so you could let them back out. Low rise waist. Offers encouraged. Thanks for looking.
