1980’s black velvet w/ mesh + gold glitter dress

1980’s vintage black stretch velvet mock neck short mini dress with shimmering gold design by BETSEY & ADAM. Excellent condition. Back and front have cutout with mesh fabric. Zippers up the back. Gold glitter circle design. Velvet has a lot of stretch to it. Has shoulder pads (can be easily cut out). No marked size but best fits small - medium. Laying flat, the dress measures: Shoulder to shoulder: 15” Underarm to underarm: 17” Waist: 14.5” across waist Down the back: 33”
