lolortego @mrssuggs123016 hi! Sorry I just saw your offer. I tried to account for the missing straps and changing pad in the price. This is a very expensive bag and in almost perfect condition. You can find inexpensive hooks and pad on Amazon. I would accept an offer of $50 if you could do that. This bag is much nicer than the cheap ones on Amazon!
