@whitleeana Hello! I'm not sure how returns work through Poshmark 😩 I've never had any buyers return their items. I would suggest that you review the ad and maybe try on a pair of Tom Ford heels locally to ensure correct sizing. I believe Poshmark processes returns when the item isn't authentic, has errors in the description, or unreported damage. Let me look up the conditions when I wake up 😊

@michellelaur878 Hello! Poshmark authenticates ALL purchases over $500. After you have purchased, the item is shipped to the Poshmark Headquarters in CA (local to our shipping location) where they check all serial numbers and validate the item. Submitting serial numbers pictures via this forums allows for duplication in addition to image stealing. Check our store and ratings. We only deal with authentic luxury brands. @aristobratb I’m not looking to purchase them. I bought a pair and I feel as they are not authentic pair of Tom Fords because there’s usually a serial number inside of his shoes and with your help you can clarify that for me do these pacific shoes have a serial number inside of them like most of them do.

@aristobratb thanks for your help even though you didn’t give me any. I shipped the shoes back because I have a few pairs of Tom Ford boots and the heels didn’t match up plus my boots have a serial number inside and these did not but thanks for nothing. I appreciate that.
