These Patagonia rip stop nylon wind shield shell pants are for wearing over pants. They are made of 100% nylon. No pockets. There are 11.5” zippers at base of pants. When zipped the pants are 9” wide, when opened 11.5” wide. Royal blue.
One pull is missing at base-compare photos. Material has no tips or tears. Very good used condition.

Laying flat hip measurement is 25”, and thigh measurement is 14”
