HONEY Black and White fit and flare lace dress

Black and white lace. Fit and flare mini dress. From the brand Chelsea (sold at stores like Honey Boutique, M Boutique and Mendocino). Only worn once for an event. Size medium but can fit like a small. Has a small stain in the last photo. Barely noticeable however.
