Vintage Plaid Button Up Dress w/28 buttons

Very classy dress! Excellent condition!! Only flaws I could find were a small hole on the inside bottom seam (not noticeable on the outside) and a faint stain next to the mid buttons. Both shown in pics. No tags. Handmade and one of a kind 🤩
