This is a vintage dress I upcycled into an Isabela costume. And a wig I purchased and added a flower to. Very cute and authentic looking. See video! Does have some pinned up areas on the skirt (can be left or removed depending on preference) best for 4/5 years. Zip back and has a nice chiffon tie at waist in back.
