Hello Jewelz, I sent you a message recently but not sure if you received it.
I bought the Magnolia Pearl slip in Orchid from you. When I opened and inspected the slip I saw that it was not in new condition. Some of the tulle panels at bottom were faded & there were several small holes. I am sorry to say that the slip was not as represented and not what I expected. I wanted to give you a chance to correspond before moving forward with a claim.

@rubydune1 I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchase. The Anya slip dress was shipped as described, I don't know what may have happened since it's been out of my position since January 21 over 2 months. The 3 days, Janusry 24th, to inspect an item for any issues is a reasonable time period, I did not hear of any issues until yesterday, March 28th.

Hello, I am just seeing your message - for some reason I didn't get a notification that you messaged me back.
I sent another message before the one you responded to where I explained the reason for the delay. When the package was delivered it was misplaced at my apt bldg's package storage room so I did not get right away. Then I put it aside as I've been oacking for a big move and did not open it until more recently.
That is when I saw that it had fading & the small holes in the tulle....

Your listing stated that the slip was new with tags so I had no reason to inspect was supposed to be a new garment. Unfortunately the slip was not as it was listed.
Of course I have not worn it and have only taken it our of the box once when I opened it.
I have been shopping Magnolia Pearl garments for years and am very familiar with the company.I had been shopping specifically for an Anya slip w/tulle - I had found two online and one was used and yours was listed as new so I spent more...

It is not a vintage piece so I assumed that by "vintage" in your listing you meant that it looks vintage because you also stated that it was new with tags.
In all of the years that I have bought Magnolia Pearl pieces whether new or used I have never returned anything. I am disappointed that this has happened as I spent a lot of money for the slip which is fine if it had been what I thought I was getting.

I am getting ready to contest the purchase so if you wish to work something out between us, I am open to that but will need to know today.
Otherwise I'll have to move forward with disputing the payment. I am sorry about this but going forward you may want to put all details in your listing including flaws in the clothing or inspect them more closely so you know if they are issues with a garment.
