Perfect black and white sundress!

Gorgeous quality material on this mix-media A-line strappy sundress. Pleated at the waist, which makes for a fun and flirty skirt that is perfect for twirling, should one feel like a good twirl. Comfortable 1” straps have 2 adjustable length options behind the back. Back of the dress has elastic in it, which also adds to the comfort of the fit. Skirt is 23” from natural waist to bottom hem. Excellent condition. Worn once the day I bought it while shopping in downtown Charleston, SC. I styled it with red heels!
