@jenniferhell343 hi Jennifer. No there are no cracks. In that one picture where I am showing the metal hooks, what you see is the leather piece (string) that holds the Brahmin charm. It’s removable that’s why it’s like that. The bag is authentic (belonged to my mother in law who loves the brand and owns many of their bags).
