Hey! How wide are these at the top of the calf? My calves are quite narrow and worried they would have a big opening! 5’7 125lbs for reference.. Thank you!

How do you think the size runs? I have a few different pairs of freebirds all size 9 and they are all different. One pair too big one too small and one just right 😆 I’ve been hesitant to buy a pair of this style for that reason. I would say I’m a true 8.5. What do you think? I’ve been searching a while for a brown pair of these.

@rukalinn I feel you. I have about 10 other pairs and there are mixture of eight and nines because I’m an 8 1/2. I haven’t worn these in years. I wear normal socks with them and it’s perfectly fine. On the other booties, there are eight, I will wear the thinner socks, and they fit fine but I’m still comfortable with it. I prefer the nines honestly

@jbretado79 ok thanks. My hubby is buying me a pair for my birthday and I’m torn between a couple different pairs I will let you know soon. I’m trying to find an original pair of roadeys with the different toe. I found one but the gal isn’t answering. I’m going to give it a couple days and if she doesn’t answer I will get back 👍

@rukalinn I did see the offer. But you are welcomed to send one also. I know this color is no longer sold. I love the color but I don’t wear them enough to keep them. the 2 posted are the ones I don’t wear. I have another pair I’ve been debating to post but they are the low booties.

@rukalinn dear, I just accepted. I’ll add some goodies in the box. I don’t have the original box. But they will be inserted in plastic boot wrap and boot bag with the original freebird sponge boot inserts. They will protected as much as possible.

@jbretado79 omg I totally get that! I have recently had to get rid of some really cool rare shoes and boots and it killed me. But they were too small and someone needed to rock them so they weren’t wasted in my closet 😢 thanks for being awesome I appreciate you! Hope you have a great new year!
