Floral Silk Skirt bought at Artizia

Super cute summer skirt. Believe the material is silk but not 100% sure. This was bought at artizia when they sold more brands beyond their own. The waist band elastic has some rippling but when it’s on it stretches out and it’s overly noticeable. This is incredibly beautiful skirt. Used condition.
