TRIPP NYC Vintage 90s short fishnet dress with long bell sleeves and flared length. Probably a size Medium. Measures 27” long from shoulder and approx. 13” side at armpits when laying flat (but will stretch). Has one tiny hole in the right armpit which could easily be sewn.
