The added nylon patches on the inside seem to help but it is not padded nor does it have the holes to insert any. I love it and tried it on and cut off the size tag hoping I could wear it but it’s too tight on me. I’m 34C/D 115lbs, 5’0” It’s in like new condition other than the tags cut out.
