Is this the toddler size? If so how do these run?

@carscox yes I looked at my receipt and they are labeled “Toddler/Little Kid”. They run true to size. I also had my daughter wear tall and tick socks if they were a little big.

I should mention that while they say 6 they mean UK 6 as these are a US 7.
