VTG by Cotton Express Patchwork, tie dyed, oversized, long sleeve, zip up jackets with sequins and beads. Small shoulder pads inside fabric are pretty warn out. There’s several discoloration spots but it’s hard to tell if they are part of the tie dye or stains. See photos. Wear on chord to cinch at bottom. No holes.
