Brand new dark navy maxi dress! Stretchy, heavy and nice quality fabric. The sleeves are approximately elbow length. There are also loops for a very thin black belt that it came with as seen in the cover photo. The only flaw is a very small mark that will probably come out in the first wash that is towards the bottom of the dress.
