Shoes are listed as size 10, but they are sold in like 40 or 41. Can you please explain which size is listed. Also, are there “stains” or dirt or paint? I ask because there’s a colored blob and I’m wondering what I’d need to do to work on removing the mark. Thank you so much for the info!
