Used bag in excellent condition. Marc Jacobs Medium sized tote in Persian Red. Approx size is 13” x 11” x 6”. Has adjustable crossbody length strap. Has two small interior slip pockets. This bag is a heavy canvas material with a coated lining. **** I have uploaded the order details from Farfetch since someone is trying to claim this is fake. This color was sold in Japan, so looking at the US website will not benefit you for color comparison. The invoice from Farfetch shows it coming from Marc Jacobs JAPAN.****

theselvedgeedge @charmainmason It’s not. Compare it to the MJ on the website, the font color of the second line if not the same and the back square sewn tag is nearly to the bottom of the bag vs higher up towards the center. I was fooled at first too until I did a side by side comparison. 🤦‍♀️

florida_liss @theselvedgeedge This bag is Persian Red… Not the Lipstick Pink or True Red. It’s not the current website color. I only own authentic stuff and don’t try to sell fake things. But thanks for your bad detective work.

theselvedgeedge @florida_liss Maybe Farfetch sold you a fake one. 🤷‍♀️ You may have explained the color although it matches the knockoff colors perfectly. It doesn’t explain the tag placement on the opposite side being placed lower than all the MJ Tote Bags which is an indication it’s not authentic. I wasn’t trying to be rude or knock you, just stating what inconsistency I have found. Have a beautiful blessed Friday!

florida_liss @theselvedgeedge They didn't though. That tag placement is exactly where it should be... If you notice, the strap is running along the bottom of the bag, which is likely making it look lower than it really is. I'm happy to take more pictures when I get home from work, but it's not a fake.

vefbilsak @theselvedgeedge this bag is authentic. You can even look up other sold listings of the Persian red bag that also include proof of purchase. The tag on the inside is down lower but it’s the same on all of them. My Marc Jacobs leopard print tote bag has the tag lower on the pouch also.
