Do these run small, large or true to size? Can you provide measurements (length of the sole)? Also, is discounted shipping available?

@216shopper Hi, these run pretty true to size. I am a 9 and a half and they fit comfortably. The sole of the shoe runs about 9.75 inches. I am offering discounted shipping as well.
