This is new but the film was taken off of the acrylic. It has never been used. I posted some reviews from amazon in the photos to show what others say about the card box. It can hold up to 200 or so cards. The plastic bands are needed to hold it together. My review of this card box is that it serves its purpose as a card box but I feared that at a wedding or large social event I could not trust this product. It’s super light so it can definitely be easily taken (you just never know 😊) But if you maybe have an art project or if you’re able to have eyes on the box at all times then this is for you!
