Retro Navy + Hearts Modcloth Fit & Flare Dress XS

This one is a lot of fun.. Navy dress dotted with red hearts. Sexy, but still practical back closure + side zip. Material does not offer a lot of stretch, but is comfortable. The only thing this dress is missing is pockets.
