It stretches to 11” across the front. The neck opening is 6” and does not have any stretch. The leg holes are 3 1/2” and stretch to 5”. The opening around the body is 9” stretches to 10 1/2”. Fabric is 100% Polyester. This is so Dang Cute. It features a Tie and a patch that says”Lovely Pet High School”. It is brand new.
