cyninphilly hi and thank you for such an informative listing! I'm hoping you can advise me...I'm going to a June evening (5:30p) wedding at a country club specifying cocktail attire...I SO do not wear dresses so am searching for a nice jacket to pair with black dress pants...do you think this jacket will work for all that? Dressy enough but not too dressy? I've googled for advice and one post said not to shine or sparkle too much...appreciate your help!

holbyshangers @cyninphilly hello! Thank you for your interest. I would think this would be perfect for your event. It is most definitely sparkly, however if you pair it with just black pants and top and keep your accessories simple, I think you’ll be ok! My experience with country clubs is that they prefer more conservative attire (not too much skin). I think you’ll be just fine!

holbyshangers @cyninphilly and, if you’re concerned it might be too dressy, you can cuff the sleeves to expose the black lining for a bit more casual feel. Most importantly, HAVE FUN!
