star_power Hi again. I posted a photo from the back wo the ruffles. I also tried it on. The sleeve cuff ribbing is not at all tight on the upper arm. It ties a little below the bust. It will definitely fit if left open or tied possibly loosely. To be able to tie it completely closed depends on back width and bust. Hope this helps.
