Havoc 80's 90's Vintage Snow Jacket Coat. Good used condition. Overall the white around the neck and wrist cuffs are a little "dirty white color". Would probably come mostly clean with a good bleach wash. Very warm and cute.

@db2201 I think if you use bleach and or Oxy Clean it would definitely help.
