Vintage 80’s Mark Shale Blue Red Plaid Pleated Preppy Maxi High Waist Skirt. Side Zip. White Material tag unreadable. Material is comparable to soft parachute fabric. In great preowned condition. Size 6, fits like a size 4. Colors: Blue Red Green Black For size reference, I’m 5’8”, 130 pounds, size 5-6 pants, normally wear size small - medium top, 34B cup. Fits snug at the waist. Measurements flat: Length 38 inches. Waist 14 inches. Hips 33 inches.

If they were pants, I believe it would make a sound, but since the opening is so big and flowing, I don’t think it would make a sound. I hope this helps.❤️
